A portion of Call of Duty: Warzone 2 presented a player efficiently executing an intense platform of reprisal in a round of the recent DMZ feature. Segregating itself from its predecessor, Warzone, Call of Duty: Warzone 2 contains several novel attributes and the novel DMZ mode takes the cake for being the most significant of them all.

In Call of Duty: Warzone 2, DMZ is a game mode that requires players to complete goals, gather resources, and reach one of the designated extraction points on the map in order to leave the game. Players are able to keep whatever resources they gather, but will lose everything if they get killed. An enraged player took revenge on their rivals at an extraction site in a ruthless manner.

Nerdyhusband88, a Reddit user, showcased a snippet of a Warzone 2 battle on DMZ. As they were on the brink of extraction, a rival attempted to take them out. Nerdyhusband88 snuffed out the enemy and started the process of getting on the helicopter. Yet, the user decided to instead avenge the person that almost took their life and hastily got off the ride. When the aggressors started the extraction sequence, Nerdyhusband88 hopped onto their chopper, leaving them with no time to flee, and ultimately put an end to both adversaries.

In Nerdyhusband88’s title, it is mentioned that they refused the enemy’s extraction as the other players had been trying to take them down during their run in the Call of Duty: Modern Warfare 2 DMZ match. Had the adversaries not attempted to eliminate them from the start, they most likely would have been able to extract successfully.

A lot of people in the comments section expressed approval of Nerdyhusband88’s move to take revenge, some going so far as to say that those other players should have been eliminated before they had an opportunity to get away. It seems that fans playing Call of Duty: Warzone 2 have a deep disdain for gamers who camp at an extraction location in order to ambush people trying to exit the game with success.

Most reviews of Nerdyhusband88’s performance are positive; however, one other gamer suggests that they should consider raising the field-of-view (FOV). Call of Duty: Warzone 2 and Call of Duty: Modern Warfare 2 both allow the FOV to reach a maximum of 120, yet one video points out that in particular scenarios it can be beneficial to keep it low.
