Letitia Wright, a star from the movie Black Panther, told Variety during the Golden Globes Award Ceremony this week that plans are being drawn up for another instalment of the film. Wright mentioned that it might take some time for it to come to fruition, but work on the 3rd movie is actively progressing.
Wright noted that the team is already working on Wakanda Forever. Two years has been spent on the project and people came together to help out. The group needs some time to take a rest, give Ryan Coogler the chance to work out the details, then people would be able to see the results. They are very eager for that to happen.
Wright expressed that she has optimism that a third Black Panther movie could be made at some point in the future, though nothing is definite yet.
She expressed her habit of speaking positively and feeling that doing so can bring about good results. She then cheerfully asked why the third installment of the Marvel superhero movie Black Panther should not be manifest by her words.
In November 2022, Coogler voiced to Variety that he was uncertain what his upcoming film would be. Feige, head of Marvel, declared in the same article that he has had conversations with Coogler concerning another Black Panther installment. The two had conversed regarding numerous concepts, revealed Feige.
In 2022, Wright, known for her role as Shuri in the Black Panther films, eradicated her Twitter page after she declared something about COVID vaccinations.
Black Panther first hit theaters in 2018, and it earned more than $1 billion around theplanet. Sadly, its star, Chadwick Boseman, passed away in 2020 due to colon cancer. In November of the same year, the sequel, Wakanda Forever, was released and made over $830 million worldwide. The script was changed to accommodate Boseman’s passing.
