Marvel has put out a fresh preview of the upcoming cartoon Moon Girl and Devil Dinosaur, featuring a 13-year-old genius called Lunella Lafayette (also referred to as Moon Girl) and her ten-ton Tyrannosaurus Rex. The series will debut on the Disney Channel on February 10, and become available on Disney+ a few days later on the 15th.

Lunella and her dinosaur friend are on a mission to protect the city of The Lowest East Side from them. Laurence Fishburne and Helen Sugland are responsible for the development of Marvel’s Moon Girl and Devil Dinosaur. Those lending their vocal talents to the show include Fishburne, Diamond White, Fred Tatasciore, Alfre Woodard, Sasheer Zamata, Jermaine Fowler, Gary Anthony Williams, and Libe Barer.
The series was given the green light for a second season in October 2022.
Marvel has an array of animated shows coming up. These include the second season of What If…? as well as a pair of programs set in alternate realms within the MCU – Spider-Man: Freshman Year and Marvel Zombies. The non-MCU production X-Men 97 that received critical acclaim after being released in 2021 has already been green-lit for a second cycle in 2022 with most of the original actors slated to return.
