It is said that the European Union could possibly deliver a record of grievances to Microsoft regarding its procurement of Activision Blizzard.

Individuals knowledgeable about the situation advised Reuters that Microsoft is probably going to get an EU antitrust alert regarding its $68.7 billion appropriation of the Call of Duty and World of Warcraft publisher, bringing up the number of organizations that are expressing worries about the arrangement.

The notification of the list of charges is said to be delivered within the upcoming time period, although Microsoft states that it still has trust in the agreement going smoothly. We are still working together with the European Commission to take care of any market issues, the organization mentioned. Our purpose is to spread more games to more people, and this deal will help us reach that goal.

This deal has been closely examined by a number of different sources, including U.S. senators, the city of New York, the U.S. Justice Department, and finally it culminated in the Federal Trade Commission filing a lawsuit to stop it from occurring in December.

The UK Competition and Markets Authority had to push back its probe into the deal because of its intricacy and the large quantities of replies from Microsoft and Sony.

Microsoft basically stated that PlayStation would remain successful even if it obtained these games, because Sony already holds a significant number of exclusive titles.
